Kalabdhi is a growing community of art, culture and talent. The idea is twofold - to promote heritage craft and inspire emerging talent; all in one place. This allows the lesser known talent/brands to shine on a widespread platform. This festival is also about connecting to the roots of who we are and what we can do to nurture our culture & environment.

Kalabdhi Art Festival is an annual, multicultural programme organized by WInspire Association and held in the vibrant city of Kolhapur. After a roaring response from participants and visitors last year, Kalabdhi is back this time to tickle your minds with an effervescent show of innovation, artsy ideas and environmental awareness while sticking to its original pledge of promoting Indianness.

Kalabdhi 2019 was a well-curated show of designers and artists displaying silver jewellery, pottery, bamboo items, stone handicrafts and so much more. The commercial craft stalls at the Kalabdhi Art Festival are a shopper’s delight. Last year we tried to highlight the local talent in and around Kolhapur. This year we want to extend our family to creative ventures from outside the city of Kolhapur as well.

For Kalabdhi 2020, small scale entrepreneurs, local artisans, food connoisseurs are welcome to present their creativity through handicraft items of home décor, accessories, clothes, bags, shoes, lamps, furniture, kitchen items, jewellery, skincare, lifestyle, food items and more. The details of the stall sections are systematically divided into three categories Silver, Gold, Premium priced @ 5,000, 10,000 and 15,000 respectively. Food stalls are priced @ Rs. 5,000 for two days. Please find details of each category in the breakdown below –

Kalabdhi 2020 is scheduled for February 22nd and 23rd at KSBP Police Garden in Kolhapur from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The costs include your setup for the two-day long festival. The canvas of Kalabdhi is painted in a new shade of ‘sustainability’, therefore we appreciate that your brand aligns with our core values of ‘Indianness through Sustainable Living’.
