Whether it is to promote stability and economic self-sufficiency for women or promote mental health awareness or conduct educational seminars for kids; our programs are aimed at holistic development of ideas and knowledge across all domains.

ABOUT VERSATILE CULTURAL FOUNDATION

From our humble beginnings back in 1969 into expanding what we are today, Versatile Group has been steadfast by preserving its core values of creativity along with responsibility, respect, and versatility blended with virtue.

The Versatile Group is wholly dedicated to customer service and satisfaction; we love what we do and that passion reflects in our carefully designed products. We have an immensely talented team that makes cutting edge products and designs along with a dedicated pool of employees that work relentlessly to ensure that each and every product that goes into the market is flawless. With over 3 decades of strong experience in servicing customers who demand reliability, quality workmanship and exceptional service, our company has the knowledge, capacity, and capability to deliver end-to-end solutions and more.

But that is not the horizon for us and we don’t wish to limit our scope. We believe in giving back to the community around us which has helped us become what we are today. Versatile Group has been actively involved in hosting several programmes and workshops covering education, health, safety and sustainability that have been propagated throughout the region to raise awareness and improve underprivileged lives.

Education Under the "Happy School" initiative, Versatile Group ensures that the schools in rural areas have proper facilities to teach children. With a focus on children undergoing secondary schooling, our motive is to donate bicycles, lab instruments, school bags, water bottles, notebooks and anything that helps them lead a better life or make ends meet. We have also made provisions to ensure the supply of clean drinking water in the school premises.

Health & Safety Versatile also conducts several workshops that promote health safety and environmental sustainability. We also celebrate national safety week which spans from 4th to 11th March where employees are trained to ensure that safety and health are an integral aspect of the work culture. We also conduct regular health checkup camps for our employees.

Employee Gratification It is important for good work to be appreciated and our company motivates employees to do better by awarding a "Spot Appreciation" award every month to the employees and departments that have done exceptionally well in achieving their targets.

Tree Plantation From celebrating environment day to actively participating in tree plantation drives, versatile does everything in its power to ensure a clean, green and healthy environment.

Versatile Cultural Foundation And now our community has an added limb to empower, promote and add to the holistic development of societal needs through Versatile Cultural Foundation.

Versatile Group introduces an NGO under its wing - "Versatile Cultural Foundation". The aim of this NGO remains to promote the holistic growth of the Kolhapur; be it culturally, traditionally or otherwise. To extend these efforts and ensure that planned activities are carried out smoothly and stay as cherished memories, WInspire has been actively involved in creating workshops and festivals that promote visual, performing and fine arts. Judging by the precedent workshops of Winspire, our motive of inspiring and motivating the masses to step out of their comfort zone and experience life to the fullest have already been quite successful and we hope that future endeavours have an even greater impact on the masses.

From art and craft, literature, dance, music, contests, food, meet-ups, concerts and so much more, we plan on incorporating each and every one of them in our WInspire journey.
