Returns Policy

Damaged produce

If any of the produce is damaged due to the transportation or due to the improper handling of the delivery agent; you should contact us within 12 hours of the delivery of the order. Any complaint beyond 12 hour window will not be considered for damage issue. Health and Flavour Farms will take actions as per its internal SOPs and same will be communicated in 24 hours.

Missing produce

If any of the produce is missing you should contact us within 12 hours of the delivery of the order. Any complaint beyond 12 hour window will not be considered for missing issue. Health and Flavour Farms will take actions as per its internal SOPs and same will be communicated in 24 hours.

Rotting issue or quality of produce issue

In case of rotting or quality issues of produce you have to send us an email with clear photographs of the produce on cs-complaints@hnfarms.in with subject line “Quality issue” with in 12 hours of the delivery. Health and Flavour Farms will take actions as per its internal SOPs and same will be communicated in 24 hours.

Shipping Days

You will be able to select from the days mentioned on the checkout page. These days will be available on first come first serve basis. If the day of your choice is not available you are required to select the most appropriate

We will not be sharing the contact details of drivers in order to maintain their safety and adherence to traffic rules.

Contact by our driver

Our drivers are strictly to contact you on provided contact numbers on shipping address in case of delay or difficulty in finding your address or restricted entry at your residential compounds. If there is any contact by our driver apart from aforementioned cases you can lodge your complaint on cs-complaints@hnfarms.in.

Change in delivery day

Changes in the delivery day will be accepted for the days after your current delivery day and for maximum of two days from that day. You have to notify us in two days advance for such request. Change in the delivery day will only be effective for the current week. You can change the day at the time of your subscription renewal.

Unavailability of customer on delivery day

You should inform us about the inability to receive delivery, 48 hour prior to your delivery day. In case you fail to inform the same and are not able to answer our calls we will attempt another delivery on next day; on very next day if the above situation persists (you are unavailable and unable to answer our calls) we will not attempt the next delivery.
